During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the amenities offered by the hotel. the room was well-maintained and had all the necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. the hotel's key location provided easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options, making it convenient for exploring the city.
I must mention that I had a negative encounter with one of the staff members. It seemed like this individual had assumed a managerial position and was making up rules as they went along.

Great location, close to all the main attractions and convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options and was a great way to start the day.
One particular staff member, who seemed to take on a managerial role without the proper authority, was quite bothersome. Their approach seemed arbitrary and they created rules on the spot, resulting in some unnecessary confusion and frustration.
